SMW Regional Muster

Mark your calendars for our 2012 SMW Regional muster.  It will be held at the Cowtown RV Park
in Aledo, TX. 17,18,19,20 April.  We will leave on the 20th.  This park is between Ft. Worth and
Weatherford on I20.  It has room for aprox. 40 rigs.  Other information will follow on a possible
tour and other events.  Based on attendance at the past two (2) regionals, we should have
plenty of room.  Chapter presidents are asked to poll their chapters to get an early count, to
see if we need to get another park with a larger meeting room.  The Texan chapter can e-mail
me if they plan to attend.

The planning for the muster is proceeding very well.  We will do a catered dinner, a catered
breakfast and the other evening meals will be prepared by the host.  Still working on the
menu.  We will not have a planed breakfast on the morning of the bus tour.

We will be looking for entertainment within the organization.  I know there are several
members that are very good at what they do.  Look for a contact in the near future.

More information will follow as it become available

National Muster Rumor

There is a rumor going around that the National Muster days are going to be reduced and a
refund is going to be sent out.  This is NOT TRUE.  The National Muster is still going to be Sept.
21-26.

The National Muster Committee is going strong and has some great seminars planned on Solar
energy and GPS units, just to name a few.  They have Camping World lined up as one of our
many vendors.  Artist Josephine Jones from Monarch Studios will be there to teach a class on
oil painting. So the National Muster activities are going Strong.  We are going to have a great
turn out with over 156 rigs signed up already.  So please if you hear this rumor put a stop to it!
Thanks. National HQ.
