THE SMART TEXANS CHAPTER OF S*M*A*R*T
This chapter was formed when members gathered at Lady Bird Park in Fredericksburg, Texas on the
17th of May 1990. The SMART Texans Chapter was chartered in September of 1990. The
following list gives the Pro Tem Officers and Charter Members:
